Shipping And Handling

We can deliver to any address in mainland England, Wales and Scotland with items usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
We can ship certain smaller items, under 2KG, worldwide. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
We are also able to deliver small items with a weight of up to 27KG to the following countries:

• Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands (3-4 days)
• Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain, Sweden (4-5 days)
• Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Portugal (6-7 days)
• Norway, Switzerland (4-5 days)

Other worldwide destinations for larger items are possible but we would need to quote for delivery on an order by order basis, please use our enquiry form.

VAT will be added at the current rate where appropriate. Our VAT registration number is 213 2472 05.

Returns Policy

If the item is not faulty, but you decide you do not want it.

We will refund to you any part of the price that we have received (excluding the delivery costs), provided the item(s) have not been specifically tailored to your specifications, or personalised, or the item(s) by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate, and the item is returned within 14 days.

You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items

If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty (or becomes faulty within its warranty period) then please telephone us to arrange its return.

On receipt of the item, we may (at our discretion) replace, repair or simply refund the value of the goods and any carriage costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Order & Pricing Policy

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order and despite our best efforts a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and if you have paid by PayPal refund your payment [Credit Card payments are processed offline and will not be charged until we confirm the price] and notify you of such cancellation.
